XONEX has long pursued cutting-edge technical tools with one purpose: making them as valuable to our customers

With that focus in mind, we’ve developed the XONEX Gateway – a user-friendly, efficient, streamlined access point
that allows our clients and their transferees secure access to every facet of the relocation process.
The CLIENT Gateway
Through the Gateway, clients have access to all relocation activities and can either print required data or
download it for use in many other software configurations such Microsoft Excel or other word processing/spreadsheet
software.
The majority of XONEX clients use the Gateway web portal for a wide variety of relocation needs:
- Interactive gate keeping
- Online initiations
- Online Expense processing and approval
- Reporting
The TRANSFEREE Gateway
Our Transferee Gateway provides transferees with unprecedented access to the details of their relocation – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The result is instant hands-on access to their personal move profile and documents such as:
- Needs assessments
- Offer Letters
- Assignment letters
- Required forms
- Home Disposition Management
- Expense processing and rapid reimbursement
The SUPPLIER Portal
Preferred supplier partners can also interface with the XONEX Relocation LLC system to post notifications, comments
and service status updates.
Authorized suppliers can upload supporting documentation such as:
- Estimates
- Bills of lading
- Invoices
- Immigration documentation
- Other relocation-related documents
