partners making the best use of local experts in the specific country.
Expense Management
The XONEX expense management system allows expenses to be efficiently collected, audited, approved, and reimbursed.
Our management system can also track immigration fees and related costs and help monitor the assignee and
family on a monthly basis to handle allowance or subsidy payments, resolve issues, answer any questions, and
facilitate home leave travel arrangements.
Repatriation
As the assignment wraps up, the Global Assignment Manager coordinates repatriation services.
These services include:
- Assignee departure
- Shipment of personal effects
- Home search assistance (as necessary)
- Reporting of assignment expenses and electronic service evaluations
