XONEX Host Country support includes a number of valuable benefits for your relocating employees and their families:

Temporary Living
Temporary housing needs can also be arranged for short-term assignments or short stays, as required. Tour and temp living related services include:

• Visits to three or four pre-selected apartment/hotels or furnished apartments suitable for a short term rent.
• One-to-one support for assignee and family for all scheduled appointments
• Preview all properties that are available and suitable
• Comparison of major positive and negative aspects of each property and area
• Assistance negotiating the most favorable rental price and most favorable extras or improvements (cleaning, pet authorization, other furniture, etc.)

Rental Management
Throughout the assignment our destination service provider acts as the liaison between tenant and landlord, as
well providing services to assist in moving into and out of the home.

This support includes:
• Entrance services to help in lease negotiation, home inspections and inventories, cleaning services and phone/utility connections.
• Exit services such as phone/utility cancellation, home inspections/deposit return assistance, cleaning services and mail forwarding.

Home Search
Working within the guidelines of the company’s policy, XONEX assists relocating families in viewing homes that best suit their requirements. We use professional, reputable and licensed independent agents.

Although not a necessity, we provide the option of having a XONEX consultant on-hand for the home search in the event:s:
• Lease negotiation is required
• Language is a problem
• Immediate feedback is preferred

Settling-In
Settling-in services include assistance with establishing bank accounts, obtaining a driver’s license, and understanding the public transportation system, as well as memberships at local libraries, health clubs, social clubs, or other organizations of interest.

Educational Assistance
The ongoing education of the children is a major concern while moving. We assist with identifying the right school by providing current information on types of curriculum available, school locations, fees and waiting lists if any. We can also assist with finding playgroups, preschools and kindergartens for younger ones. We can accompany the family to rearranged interviews.

Car Rental or Purchase
XONEX can coordinate the rental, lease or purchase of a car for the duration of the foreign assignment. We can also arrange the wholesale purchase of a car for USA bound transferees prior to their departures.

Furniture Rental
While the family is waiting for their household effects to arrive we can arrange for short term furniture rental. Long term furniture rental is also available.

Insurance
Once the marine policy, which covers the household effects shipment, lapses upon delivery, we can provide comprehensive home insurance.

Safety & Security
Risk and uncertainty can threaten the achievement of your organizations goals. XONEX provides solutions to help manage these risks and assists in implementing risk control measures.

Potential risks are identified and assessed by a XONEX Registered Security Expert (RSE). This expert collects information
from external sources, develops a risk profile and structures risk management strategies, along with audits and assistance in completing an inventory of safety and security risks.
