Code of Conduct

Last updated: 05/02/2018

XONEX Relocation LLC maintains a code of conduct. The successful business operation and reputation of XONEX is built upon the principles of fair dealing and ethical conduct of our employees.  Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful observance of the spirit and letter of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as a scrupulous regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.

The continued success of XONEX is dependent upon our customers’ trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust.  Employees owe a duty to XONEX and its customers/clients to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and confidence of the public.

XONEX will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and expects its partners, officers, managers and employees to conduct business in accordance with the letter, spirit, and intent of all relevant laws and to refrain from any illegal, dishonest, or unethical conduct. Pursuant to this endeavor, XONEX prohibits all forms of bribery and corruption. Specifically, XONEX prohibits bribery of government officials (both U.S. and non-U.S.) as well as private sector (commercial) bribery, including the offering, promising, authorizing or providing anything of value to any customer, business partner, vendor or other third party in order to induce or reward the improper performance of an activity connected with our business. This includes facilitation payments.

XONEX adopts an approach to human rights consistent with the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights, and ensures that we are not complicit in human rights abuses.

We shall not (i) use any form of slave, forced, bonded, indentured or involuntary labor, and shall fully comply with all laws that prohibit the use thereof, as and when applicable; (ii) engage in human trafficking or exploitation; (iii) import goods tainted by slavery or human trafficking; or (iv) retain employees’ government-issued identification, passports or work permits as a condition of employment.

Likewise, XONEX shall make every effort to ensure our network of suppliers adheres to our company standards. We expect our suppliers to treat people with respect and dignity, encourage diversity, remain receptive to diverse opinions, promote equal opportunity, and foster an inclusive and ethical culture. Suppliers must refrain from violating the rights of others and address any adverse human rights impacts of their operations. Suppliers are required to ensure that child labor is not used in the performance of our work. In addition, our standard procurement terms and conditions contain provisions requiring our suppliers to comply fully with all applicable laws and regulations, including explicit obligations regarding anti-human trafficking. We also have a robust, enterprise-wide compliance program to help ensure that we do business only with parties that share our corporate values for integrity and adhere to transparent and ethical business practices.

Compliance with this policy of business ethics and conduct is the responsibility of every XONEX employee. If, at any time, a XONEX employee witnesses any violation to our code of conduct by another employee, or a XONEX supplier, we expect the issue to be promptly reported to team leadership or Human Resources for a confidential review. For any XONEX employee, including leadership, failing to comply with the standard of business ethics and conduct could lead to disciplinary action, up to and including possible termination of employment.
