New Castle, DE - XONEX Relocation, a third party relocation services company, today announced that Laura J. Matrisciano, CRP, GMS, Vice President of Global Business Development, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Charlotee Metro Area Relocation Council (CMARC). As a member of the board, Matrisciano will work with other relocation leaders in the Southeast region to direct CMARC in its mission to better serve corporate transferees and their families.

“I am honored to be appointed to the CMARC board,” said Matrisciano. “I have long supported CMARC and its goal to develop creative solutions for companies and their relocating employees. Corporate relocation is always changing and the more business leaders can work together to navigate the trends, the better we will all be at serving our clients’ talent.”

To be eligible as a Board member, an individual must meet the following requirements: 

• A member of CMARC in good standing for six months or longer

• Must have the ability to serve on a committee             

• Must be able to devote the appropriate time to CMARC needs and concerns             

 

Board of Director position is a three (3) year term unless otherwise noted Board Members rolling over for the 2014 year are:  Cathy Whitener/The Hilldrup Companies, Jill Heineck/Heineck Relocation Partners, Amy Rawson/Rawson Realty, Scott Luther/Charlotte Moving Van and Storage, Lois Johnson /ADP, Bridgit O’Daly/Bank of America and Cara Pescho/National Corporate Housing, Immediate Past President.

  

CMARC graciously thanks those valuable Board Members rolling off this year:  Holly Clontz/Ingersoll Rand, Past President, Teela Gleason/Suddath, Catharine Pappas/Dickens Mitchener and Associates, Elizabeth Hotze/Oakwood Worldwide, Leslie Lambert/John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods, Jarrod Clay/CORT.  Cara Pescho will serve as Past President for 2014.
