XONEX Relocation Names Roxanne Korostowski Vice President of Relocation Operations

New Castle, DE - XONEX Relocation, a third party relocation services company, today announced that Roxanne Korostowski, former director of operations, has been promoted to vice president. As Vice President of Relocation Operations, Korostowski will oversee all relocation and expense activities, moving forward. Korostowski will also ensure that the company’s client service and operational goals are aligned together and with corporate strategy.

  

“I am very excited to be named vice president of relocation operations,” said Korostowski. “I have seen the operations department grow and evolve throughout the years and I am proud of where we are today. It’s my belief that a thoughtful and strategic approach to relocation operations enables us to better serve our clients, and their relocating employees, every day. It’s truly an honor to lead such an integral part of XONEX’s business and I look forward to taking the team to the next level.”   

Bill Humphrey, president, announced the promotion at the XONEX Relocation holiday party. The news was received with excitement by all of the XONEX employees.  

 

“Roxanne has been managing the operations team for quite some time,” said Humphrey. “Her dedication to our clients is reflected in the service that we are able to provide on a daily basis. I couldn’t be more proud to announce such a well-deserved promotion.”

  

Korostowski joined XONEX Relocation in 2008 as a director of operations. Prior to joining XONEX, she spent 8 years managing CIGNA Corp's relocation department, where she was responsible for all day to day activities, on-going policy and competitive analysis, counseling transferees, and vendor management of all service providers. Additionally, she managed various operational units in support services, non-core benefits, and procurement.  Roxanne has earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Villanova University, and her MBA in Finance from Drexel University.   Korostowski will assume his new role immediately.
